Ideal Candidate:
Must reside within 20 minutes of Solihull, Birmingham
Key Responsibilities:
- Childcare Excellence: Provide attentive and nurturing care for children, supporting their physical, emotional, and social development.
- Daily Routine Management: Organize and oversee daily activities, including playtime, meal preparation, and bedtime routines.
- Educational Engagement: Plan and engage in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities to stimulate learning and development.
- Overnight Confidence: Comfortable with approximately one overnight shift per week, providing sole charge care for the little ones.
- Travel Enthusiast: Willingness to travel to London occasionally and accompany the family abroad is a must. Adventure awaits!
- Milestone Guidance: Experience with developmental milestones leading up to one year, particularly the weaning process, is crucial to help nurture their growth.
Additional Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is essential for this role.
- A love for dogs is a bonus, as this family has furry friends!
