Highborn Global is seeking an experienced and highly capable Property Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of privately used luxury estates. In this dynamic and autonomous role, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of high-end properties, ensuring their maintenance, compliance, and optimal performance. From overseeing on-site teams and coordinating external service providers to managing budgets, inspections, and quality standards, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to the property owners.

Location: Berlin

Hours: Flexible working hours

Salary: €60,000 to €80,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Independent management of a portfolio of privately used luxury properties
  • Ensuring the economic and technical supervision of the properties, including budget planning and monitoring
  • Conducting regular property inspections and condition analyses to ensure quality standards
  • Coordination and disciplinary responsibility for facility managers, gardeners, and cleaning staff
  • Management of maintenance and repair measures in collaboration with external service providers
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and contractual regulations
  • Establishment and ongoing maintenance of an inventory management system
  • Identification and implementation of measures for sustainable cost optimization
  • Implementation of individual wishes and requirements of the user and their family
  • Quality management to ensure the highest standards
  • Regular reporting to management and preparation of performance reports for the portfolio

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in real estate management, business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the property management industry, ideally in the management of commercial real estate
  • In-depth knowledge of managing commercial and/or residential properties
  • Experience in budgeting and cost control
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation talent
  • Excellent written and spoken German, English skills are an advantage
  • Confident handling of common software (MS Office, property management software)
