Highborn Global are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to support a high-profile, high-performing individual with a demanding and meticulously structured lifestyle. This role requires someone who is proactive, highly organised, calm under pressure, and thrives in dynamic, high-stakes environments. You will be the stabilising force that turns complexity into calm, ensuring that every detail of the client’s personal life is executed to perfection, often before it’s even requested.
Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 per annum
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the client’s personal organisation and logistics.
- Real-time management of a constantly evolving schedule.
- Deliver structured updates and status reports to maintain confidence in task execution.
- Work autonomously and make precise decisions with limited input.
- Proactively anticipate needs, mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans.
- Ensure a seamless, friction-free personal environment for the client.
Requirements
- Experience managing high-profile or high-pressure individuals (e.g. military, elite sport, CEOs).
- Highly disciplined, unflappable, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
- Expert-level organisation across diary, schedule, logistics, and travel planning.
- Emotionally neutral under stress—remains calm, logical, and professional at all times.
- Confident in respectfully challenging decisions and offering well-reasoned alternatives.
- Capable of creating and running efficient operational systems.
- Available to handle unexpected issues at any hour with swift, discreet problem-solving
