Highborn Global are assisting our High Net-Worth Client based in North West Manchester (Bolton area), in the search for a Private Nutrition Chef with a focus on nutrition to cook a variety of cuisines on a Monday, Wednesday and Saturday weekly schedule, predominantly doing lunch and dinner, for their family of 5. Our client is looking for a Chef who is passionate about using the freshest, highest quality ingredients sourced internationally, preparing beautiful, healthy and delicious meals with an excellent understanding of nutrition. The ideal candidate will display a consistently meticulous skillset and possess a personable attitude.
Amongst the duties:
- A permanent vegetarian chef role based in North East Manchester (Bolton area), cooking mainly lunch & dinner 3 days per week for family of 5. Some weeks
- Some weekends may be required
- Cooking healthy, colourful, vibrant vegetarian meals for the family in an array of cuisines. The family enjoy healthy Indian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and a variety of other vegetarian fresh style meals that would also appeal to their children
- Travel with the family during summer
- Extensive menu development, creation, and planning
- Meal related budget management and shopping
- Using the best fresh, organic high-quality produce
- Excellent attention to detail
Skillset required:
- Previous experience within a private household as a vegan or vegetarian chef is essential
- Nutrition qualifications are highly desired for this role
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible attitude to occasionally accommodate when needed outside of usual schedule, willing to work over weekends when needed
- Willing to travel with the family over the summer period
- A personable, friendly attitude
