Junior Private Chef

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and dedicated junior private chef to prepare nutritious and delicious meals for a single football player. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in African and Nigerian cuisine and a passion for cooking healthy meals.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare dinner 3 to 5 days a week, adhering to dietary preferences and nutritional needs.
• Prepare and leave meals for two days when not cooking.
• Plan and create a diverse menu that includes African and Nigerian dishes.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Collaborate with the client to understand preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Source quality ingredients and manage inventory.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a private chef or in a similar culinary role.
• Strong knowledge of African and Nigerian cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
