The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized home, preparing meals that meet a good standard of family cooking, and assisting with two young children. Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising kitchen and bathroom areas.
- Organise and maintain household supplies and inventory.
- Manage laundry and ironing duties for the family.
Cooking:
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals for the family, ensuring high standards of family cooking that cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring proper food storage and hygiene practices.
Childcare Assistance:
- Supervise and engage with the two young children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, homework, and playtime.
- Provide age-appropriate activities and educational support.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a housekeeper and cook in a private household.
- Experience caring for young children, with the ability to engage and support their development.
- Strong cooking skills with a good standard of family cooking, including knowledge of healthy meal preparation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within a 45-minute commute to Meerbusch.
