Your Responsibilities:
- Organize the Play Space: Maintain a tidy and inviting play area, ensuring everything is safe and ready for exploration and fun.
- Nurture and Care: Provide loving, attentive care for our one-year-old, ensuring they feel secure and cherished in our bustling football household.
- Engage and Educate: Plan and facilitate fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage exploration and creativity—think of interactive games and play inspired by football! After all, play is how young ones learn best.
- Support Daily Routines: Assist with meal times, nap times, and play schedules, creating a structured yet flexible routine that fits our active family lifestyle.
- Travel Companion: Be ready to accompany the family during travels for matches and events, bringing your positivity and adaptability along for the adventure.
- Open Communication: Keep an open line of communication with the family, sharing updates on the child’s progress and daily activities—keeping everyone in the loop is essential!
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English Speaker: You should be able to communicate effectively, and if you speak another language, that’s a wonderful bonus!
- Experience with High-Profile Families: You understand the unique dynamics of working in a high-profile football household and can maintain discretion.
- Education Background: A degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
- First Aid Certified: You have current first aid and CPR training—because safety is always there.
